KINTA recently completed a full gym equipment supply and installation for the fitness centre at Regency Beach Club, a beachfront accommodation property in Dunsborough, around three hours south of Perth in the Margaret River region.
The brief was straightforward: a compact space that had to work for everyone from guests wanting a quick holiday workout through to experienced lifters who train wherever they travel, without overcrowding the room.

Why This Equipment Mix
In a 96 square metre room serving hotel guests, the equipment has to do a lot with very little floor space.
The ISO 20957 accredited Multifunctional Training Machine was the anchor choice because it replaces what would otherwise be several individual pin-loaded machines. Guests can run a full cable-based strength session, chest, back, shoulders, arms, core; from one compact unit. This unit was selected due to it widely adjustable features making it safe for a wide variety of the people who have access to the gym area.
The adjustable bench and free weight package handle everything the cables don’t: pressing, rows, lunges, and structured barbell work for guests who train seriously.
For cardio, we specified Concept2 for a simple reason — durability. In an unsupervised guest gym, equipment gets used by people of every experience level, and the BikeErg and Rower are close to indestructible while still being genuinely good training tools. The rower covers full-body conditioning; the BikeErg gives a low-impact option that suits any fitness level.
