A K75 Series Rig Built With Two Upright Heights
The centrepiece of the fit out is a K75 Series Rig built with uprights at two heights: 2.7 metres and 3.7 metres.
The 2.7m sections carry everyday class work, with pull ups, barbell training and general strength and conditioning. The 3.7m uprights open up more advanced options, specifically rope climbs and gymnastic ring pull ups.
Spark programs CrossFit classes, weightlifting and gymnastics as three separate disciplines, and splitting the rig heights lets one structure serve all three without dedicating separate floor space to each.

Composite Rubber Flooring
Spark chose KINTA composite rubber flooring for the training floor.
The floor in a CrossFit box takes dropped barbells and kettlebells, bodyweight work, rowers, SkiErgs and constant foot traffic. Composite rubber is designed for easier cleaning and improved longevity in high-use gyms.

Free Weights, Ropes and Storage
KINTA supplied barbells and kettlebells for Spark’s strength, Olympic lifting and conditioning work, climbing ropes for the taller rig sections, and storage racks for kettlebells and dumbbells.
Storage earns its place in a group training environment. With equipment in set positions, members move faster between stations, sessions keep flowing, and gear stays off the floor and out of the way between classes.

Concept2 Rowers and SkiErgs
Spark runs both Concept2 rowers and Concept2 SkiErgs for conditioning.
Rowers allow for full body cardio work. SkiErgs cover upper body endurance and interval work. Taking both rather than one or the other gives more range when programming conditioning pieces, partner workouts, warm ups and testing days.

Delivery and Installation
KINTA managed the complete delivery and installation for this project, covering equipment delivery, rig assembly, flooring installation, equipment positioning and final setup.
For a commercial fit out this is the part that decides whether the gym opens on schedule. Flooring has to be laid before equipment goes down, the rig has to be assembled and positioned correctly, and everything has to land in a layout that works under class conditions. Running supply and installation together means those dependencies are managed as one project rather than coordinated across separate suppliers.
