With the Kinta HQ V-Squat you can train:

Comfort and support are dialled in with high-density padding across both positions. The front shoulder pads are shaped to suit the natural contours of the chest and shoulders for stable support and smooth resistance transfer. The rear pads align with the trapezius and scapula to reduce pressure and help prevent discomfort under heavier loads — ideal for higher-volume training.
To keep posture strong in either direction, the SH038 includes dual-position handles that provide ergonomic grip options for forward and reverse squats. This helps users stabilise their torso while reducing unnecessary load on the shoulders. An enlarged backrest supports the spine and pelvis to help prevent lumbar compensation, improving safety and movement precision when fatigue sets in.
For safer training under intensity, the machine features a pneumatic-assisted safety catch system with an ergonomically positioned handle. Re-racking is quick and effortless, and the dual height settings help accommodate users of different heights.
The foundation of the movement is the oversized anti-slip footplate, featuring seven adjustable tilt angles. This allows lifters to set stance and ankle position more naturally, supporting better ankle mobility while helping reduce knee shear forces.
