Hammer Curl Barbell
- Versatility: A hammer curl barbell can be used for a variety of exercises beyond traditional bicep curls, including tricep extensions, close-grip presses, and shoulder raises.
- Improved grip: The hammer grip of the barbell allows for a more natural hand positioning, reducing strain on the wrist and allowing for heavier lifting.
- Increased muscle activation: Using a hammer curl barbell can activate more muscle fibers in the biceps and forearms compared to traditional barbells, leading to better results for gym-goers
The Kinta hammer curl bar has 50mm sleeves making it compatible with Olympic weight plates. 4 needle bearings and brass bushings give the sleeves smooth rotation reducing undue stress that can be placed upon the wrist when lifting with fixed barbells.
The main body, or shaft of the hammer curl barbell has a nickel plated surface to prevent rust and corrosion, giving your equipment a new high quality finish for longer. And the handles knurling has been finished with a nice medium knurling for grip to the bar. A medium knurling is what you would find a a good strength and conditioning barbell. Not aggressive like a deadlift barbell that will leave your hands too torn up and not to soft that you expand more energy gripping too tightly to the bar.
