At Kinta Fitness, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work, including your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind & Non-Defective Items)
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in new or slightly used condition.
- Returns can be made by mail or in store (if applicable).
- There are no restocking fees.
- You may choose either a refund or exchange for another product of equal value.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
In such cases, we will offer:
- A repair
- A replacement
- Or a full refund
For faulty or defective returns:

How to Request a Return or Exchange
To begin your return or exchange:
- Contact us at [Insert your support email] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a free return label (download and print).
- Securely package the item and return it by post or in store (if available).
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days.
Conditions & Eligibility
We reserve the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund if:
- The product has been damaged through misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorised modification.
- The item has been heavily used beyond “slightly used” condition.
- The product is returned in an unsanitary or unsafe state (especially applicable to fitness and hygiene-related goods).
- Essential components or parts are missing.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by incorrect use will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
Click and Collect Returns: We will pack and hold click-and-collect items for 30 days. Upon your purchase from KINTA, you will receive a confirmation of order email that outlines our Click and Collect 30-day hold policy. If your order has not been collected within two weeks of the 30-day hold maximum, you will receive a courtesy email reminder of collection. When a click-and-collect reaches a 30-day hold, we will notify you that your item is due to be returned to circulation. At this point, you can elect to be refunded or inform us of a future click-and-collect date. Be aware that your item may go out of stock when it is in circulation, and you may have to wait for a re-stock. If you elect to refund the item, we charge a $25 administration fee for picking, packing, restocking and processing a refund payment; the fee will be deducted from your refund total. Therefore, nothing will be required from you, the customer.
We strongly recommend that you email or call us before collection if you have exceeded the 30-day hold policy so we can re-pick your order ready for pick up or inform you that the item is out of stock and provide you with a new estimated arrival time.

Nothing in this policy excludes or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
