WHAT IS A CROSSFIT WALL RIG?
A CrossFit wall rig is a piece of strength training fitness equipment that consists of a series of horizontal bars mounted on a wall. The rig can be used for a variety of exercises, including pull-ups, chin-ups, dips, and muscle-ups. We have a range of CrossFit rigs ranging from our simple and straightforward CrossFit Rig Wall Mounted One, to the more complex Freestanding 3 Cell that features multiple stations. Wall rigs are an essential piece of equipment for any gym, and they can be used for both group workouts and individual training sessions.

HOW DO I INSTALL A WALL-MOUNTED CROSSFIT RIG?
Wall-mounted CrossFit rigs are a great addition to any home gym. They provide a sturdy, stable base for a variety of workouts and can be easily customised to meet your specific needs. Plus, they're relatively easy to install - even for those with limited DIY experience.
Start by finding a suitable location for your rig. It should be close to a power outlet and away from any potential hazards (e.g., sharp edges, fragile items, etc.). Then, use a stud finder to mark the locations of the studs in the wall. Next, use a drill to create pilot holes at the marked stud locations. Finally, use lag bolts to secure the rig to the wall. Once it's in place, you're ready to start your workout!
If you need further information or additional assistance with installing your CrossFit rig, we can send out a team of experts to complete the installation for an additional fee. Simply contact us at email@example.com to organise with us.
WHAT IS A GOOD WALL RIG CROSSFIT WORKOUT?
A good CrossFit wall rig workout should include a variety of exercises that target different muscle groups. Here are a few of our favourite burners:
- To target your arms and back you could do pull-ups and chin-ups. If you are new to pull-ups you might want to use a resistance band to provide you with some support while you build the strength necessary to do them without one.
- For your legs & glutes, you could do the classic weighted squats or lunges.
- You can also do a lot of functional fitness and activities that build mobility and flexibility like isometric holds, hangs, and lateral lunges.
It is important to include a mix of cardio and strength-training exercises in your workout routine. CrossFit wall rigs are a great way to get a full-body workout, and they can be customized to suit your fitness level. With a little bit of planning, you can create a CrossFit wall rig workout that will help you reach your fitness goals.
WHAT SHOULD I ADD TO MY CROSSFIT GYM?
When it comes to setting up a CrossFit gym, there are a few essential pieces of gym equipment that you will need. These include things like Olympic weightlifting bars and plates, pull-up bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, a gym sled track, adjustable FID benches, and of course, CrossFit rigs and squat racks.
In addition, you will also need to have a space that is large enough to accommodate all of this equipment. However, once you have the basics in place, there are a few other things that you can add to your gym to make it even more functional. For example, many CrossFit gyms also have rowing machines and assault bikes. These are great for adding variety to your workouts and giving your members another way to get their heart rates up. In addition, some gyms also have turf areas for sprinting and other plyometric exercises. Finally, don't forget to add some sound system so your members can pump up their favourite workout tunes!
