Back Hyperextension
‘A hyperextension machine strengthens the mid and lower back, hamstrings, and glutes, which improves posture, reduces lower back pain, and supports the core. You’ll get even more vital if you use the machine while doing compound exercises like deadlifts, squats, and overhead presses.
