Why use Kinta?
There are two methods used to create custom designs and logos for gym astroturf. The first is through a stencil and dying the fibres of the turf after it has been laid out. The drawback to this is that overtime with use the dye will fade and you will be left with a faded logo and eventually the original colour of the fibre will show through.
The second and more preferred method is by weaving the logo into the gym astroturf itself. This will ensure a premium look to go with your brand and longevity in the custom design itself.

Consumer Guarantees

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
KINTA provides a limited warranty that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, KINTA will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product with a new one.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, improper installation, or any other circumstances not directly arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty also does not cover incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please contact our customer service team at admin@kintafitness.com.au. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. All shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
