Manufacturer’s Warranty
KINTA provides a limited warranty that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, KINTA will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product with a new one.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or any other circumstances not directly arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty also does not cover incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please contact our customer service team at admin@kintafitness.com.au. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. All shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

Alex Turner2023-12-22I've been looking for a Tactical Weight Plate Carrier Vest for a few weeks now, with no luck. After speaking to Aidan regarding further information on their Tac-Vests, he provided me with quick responses, all the information I required and the options they had available.
