Our treadmills come with a robust warranty on the frame and motor, ensuring long-lasting use. Warranty covers any defects in material or craftsmanship. Wearing parts, such as the treadmill belt, rollers, and deck, have a shorter warranty period and will need replacement after regular use. We carry a range of spare parts readily available for all of our equipment.

Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
KINTA provides a limited warranty that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, KINTA will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product with a new one.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or any other circumstances not directly arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty also does not cover incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
