Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
KINTA provides a limited warranty that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, KINTA will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product with a new one.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, improper installation, or any other circumstances not directly arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty also does not cover incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. All shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
