Wall Mounted Pull-Up Bar

  1. Pull-ups and Chin-ups: The most basic and well-known exercises on a pull-up bar. Begin by hanging from the bar with an overhand or underhand grip and pulling your body up until your chin is over the bar.
  2. Toes-to-Bar: Begin by hanging from the bar and, then raising your feet up towards the bar. This exercise works the core, back, and shoulder muscles.
  3. Bar Muscle-ups: A more advanced exercise requiring strength and technique, the bar muscle-up involves performing a pull-up and transitioning to a dip on top of the bar.
  4. Butterfly Pull-ups: A more advanced variation of the pull-up. butterfly pull-ups involve using a kipping motion to swing the body back and forth to generate momentum and perform the pull-up with a faster rhythm.
  5. Kipping Pull-ups: Similar to butterfly pull-ups, kipping pull-ups use a rhythmic swinging motion to generate momentum and make the pull-up easier to perform. This technique is often used in CrossFit competitions as it allows for faster and more efficient repetitions.
  6. L-sit Pull-ups: This exercise involves performing a pull-up while holding the legs straight out in front of the body, creating an L-shape with the body. This movement is excellent for strengthening the core and lower body.

Incorporating these movements into a pull-up bar workout can help to improve upper body strength, core stability, and overall fitness. However, it is essential to use proper form and technique when performing these exercises and to gradually increase the intensity and difficulty of the workout over time.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

KINTA provides a limited warranty that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, KINTA will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product with a new one.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, improper installation, or any other circumstances not directly arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty also does not cover incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, please contact our customer service team at admin@kintafitness.com.au. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. All shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
